About the company name, Charis Interiors:

Charis (pronounced Karis) is a given name derived from a Greek word meaning "grace, kindness".  In Greek mythology, a Charis is one of the Charites (Greek: Χάριτες) or "Graces", goddesses of charm, beauty, nature, human creativity.  Charis Interiors  simply means grace and beauty developed in human creativity for all design concepts.

 

About Kristy Edwards:

My design philosophy is simple.   Design starts with each individual client and finding the personality that needs to be portrayed.  No matter the budget, everyone can have good design with the right details.  Growing up in a home builder's household, my love for building and design came naturally.  I never tire of the details in renovations from the smallest projects to new builds, residential or large scale commercial clients.  

 

When a career and passion come together you have something special.  That is how I feel about each project, making it the space it deserves to be.  Not just functionally, but a inspiring place to live or work.

 

A good design is only a phone call away.  I love meeting new people and creating new spaces.  Design done with heart is always done well!
